Order journey · From Indonesia to your project
A clear process from design to delivery.
We coordinate custom furniture development, sourcing, production, inspection, packing, and delivery through one connected process, so your team knows what happens next. This page shows the three stages, what custom design includes, and the four phases every order follows from brief to after-service.
Three connected stages
From your first reference to the finished order.
Each project begins with a different brief, but the responsibilities stay clear. We develop the product, coordinate the making, and prepare the finished pieces for delivery.
-

01 · Develop
Product design & samples
We clarify dimensions, references, materials, finish, construction, quantities, and sample requirements before production.
-

02 · Make
Material sourcing & production
We match the product to suitable Indonesian makers and coordinate materials, timing, production, and progress.
-

03 · Deliver
Quality control & shipping
Inspection, consolidation, packing, and a destination-specific delivery review prepare the completed order for its journey.
Custom furniture design
Resolve the idea before it reaches production.
Custom work is developed in layers. Your team can review the setting, product details, material direction, and construction information before mass production begins.

Handcrafted in Indonesia
The people and processes behind each piece.
The right result depends on the right maker, clear coordination, and inspection at the moments that matter.
- Manufacturing partnersMatched to the product
- We work across a curated network of small and medium-sized factories, selecting partners around their material knowledge, techniques, capacity, and project timeline.
- Production processesMaterial becomes form
- Depending on the product, production can include wood drying, cutting, joinery, shaping, rattan weaving, sanding, finishing, assembly, and packing, coordinated as one connected process.
- Inspection & auditingChecked throughout
- Quality controllers can inspect samples, follow work during production, and complete final checks. Factory and facility auditing is available when a project needs added sourcing, follow-up, or consolidation support.
